P90X2, P3 and must have for the training athlete

Steve Edwards (Beachbody Director of Results/Fitness Advisor) had a blog post mentioning all the Science behind the upcoming P90X2 training program. Although he works for Beachbody he is not one to push programs, but as an elite athlete he is telling all those that want a great training regiment, they need to get P90X2. I from what I’ve seen and know, I whole-heartedly agree.

Steve’s shows a clip s a clip (Al Jefferson at P3) of the P3 gym. P3 is a performance training center founded and directed by Marcus Elliott, MD. Dr. Elliott now presides over Beachbody’s Scientific Advisory Board and has lent his expertise to the evolution that is P90X2. With elite trainers behind the inspiration of the P90X2 routines and Tony Horton leading them, it is going to be good.

Many of my local friends know of the Tahoe/Truckee Reverse the Trend Fit Club and maybe cannot make it on Saturday mornings (no matter the time or day), but if you are truly interested in having a routine to follow and want to try working out at your own home, I have many programs they you can borrow.
