It has truly been great for my wife and I for the past four years to Beachbody in our lives. It really has reversed the clock for both of us. Through the years we have learned more and more about our nutrition and the great importance it is to fuel our bodies correctly. I do not know where each of you is in your journey toward better health, but it seems we all want to feel better. You may have already heard me rant amount the good fitness being a combination of proper exercise, nutrition and rest. Without each of these the time spent in others can be not as productive.
