Coach's Corner - 12-Week post ACL reconstruction

It has been 12-weeks since my ACL reconstruction and Meniscus "Trim". I am very grateful to have had a history using Team Beachbody to Reverse my Trend. Back in 2007 I was turning 40 and going down-hill fast. The past 10 plus years of enjoying the work of staying fit, has been a key to my recovery.

Tammy is staying consistent with her routine doing a Shaun T. Hybrid. (Hybrid found here )
While I was just beginning fresh again using the P90 program, it was an encouragement to see Tammy staying the course in her fitness while I recovered.

Week-12 Post OP

For the past 3-weeks I have been doing the P90 program. During Cardio days I was riding my stationary bike. The past few days I have joined Tammy with the Insanity Max 30: Sweat Fest. It was only the Scissor Run and Floor Switch Kicks that gave me knee issues, so I modified.
While it is a challenge, Beachbody has continued to make it enjoyable to work on my fitness and the benefits in my Life have been more than I could have thought. So now it is about YOU and your consistency to "staying in shape". As your support coach and hopefully friend, I am here to help.
