Fitness Accountability & Free Workout Promotion

Hello everyone, how is the new year going?

I am often not one to wish that dreams come true, but that this year we will get a good grasp on the things right in front of us. As we face the challenges of the coming year, I want to be here to encourage you towards have strength to face them.

Tammy and I started a round of P90X on January 2, 2011. It is less of a “New Years commitment" and more of a continued commitment that we have made to ourselves over the past four years. It is a commitment and it is a challenge, but it is something that we enjoy getting to do together and it has been a great journey.

So how did your 2010 go as far as your fitness goals? In which direction is your overall health going? Did you Reverse some Trends for the better?

My goals is to help you in 2011, no matter how successful last year was.

One way for those local to Truckee-North Tahoe is to come by the Truckee Rec. Center for the “Reverse the Trend Fit Club” that will start soon (I am finishing up final details). The other way that I want to encourage all of you is with a challenge during a 30 day period to workout at least 20 of those days. The workout can be anything that you choose but needs to be at least 20 minutes.

1. Create a Free Player Account at https://teambeachbody.com/signup/-/signup/free?referringRepId=9448

2. Each day you workout log in to your account and go to http://teambeachbody.com/get-fit/supergym and post what activity that you are going to do (Can be a Beachbody program you may own and other DVD workout, going to the Gym or a walk/run)

3. Make sure you email me at jayBBCoach@sbcglobal.net with you screen name so I can see go look at your Calendar and your 20 Days (it is an Honors system) when we get to the end of the 30 days.

4. Be happy that you made the commitment to Reverse the Trend!

For accountability and a chance to win a prize at the end of the 30 days, I invite you to become a Team Beachbody Free Member (if you are not already) and use WOWY the Online Gym to log in the 20 workouts between Jan 20, 2011 and Feb 18, 2011. For those that are eligible by having a minimum of 20 completed SuperGym workouts (See attached screen shot of my December Calendar) will be entered into a random drawing for a Beachbody workout of their choice valued at a maximum of $60 or a 30-day serving bag of Shakeology.
