In the Now

How is your summer going? We have had so much planned in the summer that it is good to take time to take a breath and remember to enjoy life in the moment. It is easy for me to say, but often difficult for me to live. Last weekend at our church service our Pastor shared this saying. "If you are not where you are, you are nowhere." Be present.

Too Much information

I often error heavily on the side of giving too much information. I think that is just part of being an engineer. My hope is to bring you tips and support that you will actually read. Is there such a thing as a Free Lunch?

We all know that there is no Free Lunch, but there are Free T-shirts with the Beachbody Challenge. The Free T-shirt  will not cost you money but it will cost you your time and commitment. Start and finish any of the Beachbody programs and then share your experience with Team Beachbody staff and you will get a FREE T-shirt. FOCUS T25 Challenge Pack Discount
