Note: Of course I have a Snow blower (Honda 9-Horse is a champ), but it was a mistake to shower this morning after my "real" P90X workout and before the Extreme Snow workout. It is great to feel again like a 28 year old though.

10 Superfoods in Shakeology
As I have stated many times here Shakeology is one of the best drinks you can put into your body. Recently Dr Perricone posted an article on the top 10 superfoods, which all by the way are contained in Shakeology.

Of course, there are more than just 10 “superfoods.” In fact, just about every brightly colored fruit and vegetable fits the category of a superfood, as do nuts, beans, seeds and aromatic and brightly colored herbs and spices.
